Egg Curry!!

EGG CURRY!
This is my grand mom's recipe. Eggetarians would definelty love this curry. I made this when I had some friends over and they just loved it.

You will need:

6 boiled eggs
1 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped tomato
Mustard and jeera(cumin) for tampering
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 chopped green chillies
1 cinnamon stick
2 cloves
1 cardamom
1.5 cups water

Method:

First cut the boiled eggs into pieces with a knife. Retain the egg yolk inside each piece. Keep it aside.
Take a pan and heat one spoon of oil in it.Add cinnamon , cloves and cardamom. Then add mustard , jeera(cumin) and chopped onions and saute it till the onions turn golden brown . Now add turmeric powder and chopped green chillies . Finally add the chopped tomatoes and cook it till the tomatoes mash up. Add 1.5 cup water and mix well. Then to this add boiled egg pieces and mix it. Allow it to cook till the gravy thickens a bit .

The egg curry is ready to be relished. It can be served with chapatis or white rice.!!!
